A ll About Me ::

I am a lover of all things shabby chic and anything I can DIY. Once I get my hands on a good book, I cannot put it down until the last page is turned. Late night dates with the hubs and a carton of Ben and Jerry’s is the perfect end to any day for me! I recently traded in my days of high heels, conference calls, and the fun of the corporate world for potty training, finger painting, and little girl giggles. I am learning everyday to savor these little moments and stop and smell the roses. I’m still learning who I am in this new life of mine…but loving every minute!

Best Thing About Houston ::

When I think about Houston, I am flooded with all the love I have for this great city! For our family, Houston is such an excellent support for our paleo lifestyle. From farmer’s markets with farm fresh eggs in the middle of rises to amazing restaurants for any diet. This city creates an atmosphere where we can embrace all that there is to offer. But of course, my most favorite thing of all about Houston is its firefighters. And lucky for me – I have one of my very own!

Children of Mine ::

Eden {Age 7} – This girl right here is going to take on the world someday! She is smart, talented, outgoing, funny…and she has a heart of gold.  Eden has a quality about her that will capture anyone’s attention. She loves hard and plays hard. She is the best big sister I have ever met! She is a lover of all things soccer and is learning to embrace her “girly girl” side. This child stole my heart 7 years ago, and I have never been the same.

Everly {Age 2} – Everly is our official girly girl. She is a lover off all things pink and sparkly! She spends most of her days in tutus and pettiskirts. In her mind, she is an excellent makeup artist and would be happy to prove it to you. She is thoughtful and kind, yet at the same time hard headed and stubborn. She loves to love on her sisters and calls them her best friends. She is her daddy’s girl and has him right where she needs him. She is our middle child, and she will make me go grey!

Elle {Age 1} – My sweet Ellie…my miracle! When you think of a loving child, this baby captures it all. She lives for snuggles and cuddles and already loves whole heartedly. She has a smile that will melt you with one look and perfectly perfect curls. Ellie is the peace in our home. She is mello and is going to be a deep thinker. She looks just like her daddy. And she makes our family complete.
