Fall is cider season! Join in from the comfort of your own kitchen for this virtual cooking class all about apple cider. First, you’ll pick up almost all of the supplies you’ll need at the Arboretum before the class. Then you’ll work alongside the instructor to make Honey Wheat Cider Muffins and Cider Apple Quinoa Salad using hard cider from Saint Arnold Brewing Company. By the end of the class you’ll have a delicious vegetarian dinner ready.
In addition to the provided supplies, you will need the following from your own kitchen: an oven and stove, a muffin tin, a mixing bowl and spoon, a pot with a lid, a measuring cup, a whisk, a knife, and a cutting board.
