Geocaching

Geocaching is a free, real-world outdoor treasure hunt. There are over 2 million caches hidden around the world! Learn the basics of geocaching and treasure hunting etiquette before heading out on the trails in search of the Arboretum’s hidden caches!

You can use the free Geocaching app on your smartphone to locate the geocaches. GPS units will also be available, if needed. Please come dressed for the outdoors, including closed-toe shoes. This is a family program; parents are required to attend program with children.
