Mid-Autumn Festival

Revel in the majesty of the moon and the joys of the harvest as we celebrate the Vietnamese Mid-Autumn Festival.

Each year, the Vietnamese Culture and Science Association partners with the Children’s Museum Houston to bring this celebration to the city of Houston. Join us as we celebrate Mid-Autumn Fest through activities, storytelling, lion dance, contests and more!

Mỗi năm, Hội Văn hóa và Khoa học Việt Nam hợp tác với Bảo tàng Trẻ em Houston để mang lễ kỷ niệm này đến thành phố Houston. Hãy tham gia cùng chúng tôi khi chúng tôi tổ chức Lễ hội Trung thu thông qua các hoạt động thủ công, kể chuyện, múa lân, các cuộc thi và hơn thế nữa!

Costume and Lantern Contests

Costume Contest at 10:30

Lantern Contest at 11:30

– Pre-registered kids from 5-12 for both Costume Contest and Lantern Contest. Costume Contest will go first with 2 groups of age from 5-7 and 8-12. Then Lanterns after a short break.

Make your own lantern and you can join the lantern parade later.
