Everything is not what it seems! Join Children’s Museum Houston for a mind-blowing week that tests your understanding of vision at the Sights Unseen exhibit. Have you ever been curious how in 3D movies if you take the glasses off, the screen looks weird? How about when the sun and rain hit just the right way to make a rainbow? Learn about how all of these phenomena’s work, and more, at Seeing is Believing.

WHAT’S HAPPENING AROUND THE MUSEUM:

Anaglyph 3D Artistry Turn an original drawing into a three-dimensional masterpiece, then use 3-D glasses to make it pop.

All day at Alexander Art Academy.

Cellophane Kaleidoscope– Get a glimpse of how light and color interact by making your own kaleidoscope.

All day at Junktion.

Stomp Rockets– Did you know rockets use air molecules to launch? Design a personal rocket and test its aerodynamics.

All day at Science Station.
