Welcome to this week’s Friday Favorites! This time I’m putting a spin on things by highlighting a list of goodies carefully curated by my teen daughters, Olivia {2006} and Audra {2008}. Surprisingly, most of the items on this list are both mother and daughter friendly so, here we go…

For Sneaker Heads
I guess I should tell you that Audra is a gym shoe fanatic. Therefore, it should come as no surprise that her current obsession is this shoe right here – the Nike Blazer Mid ’77 Vintage High Top. “Perfect. This shoe right here is PERFECT.”
I should also tell you that my kids are dramatic.
She didn’t elaborate but, from what I can tell, retro Nike’s are everything right now. Personally, I love a good throwback.
For Your Tastebuds
Lately we’ve been visiting our local bubble tea shop almost every week for my daughter, Olivia, to get her boba fix. You should have seen her face when I gifted her a Bubble Tea Kit from Uncommon Goods for Christmas! She is delighted and the kit comes with everything you need to make 2 different kinds of bubble tea. Just add your favorite type of milk {she likes unsweetened almond milk} and enjoy in the privacy of your own home, while wearing comfy jammies and watching Umbrella Academy, reading or whatever. Also, if you are looking for something unique, Uncommon Goods is a wonderful website. There are hundreds of items for the family and home that are beautiful and out of the ordinary. Y’all, there’s a Shitake Mushroom Log Kit! I never even knew such a thing existed.
