Houston Happenings | October

Get the candy, caramel apples, Jack-O-Lanterns and apple cider ready… October is upon us, and it’s time to bubble, bubble, toil and trouble!

This month, Houston has lots of safe, spooky, fall fun for you and your family. Keep an eye out for incredible lists and guides that can help make your October extra creepy {in the very best way, of course}. Plus, check out our comprehensive Pumpkin Patch Guide here!

October is also Breast Cancer Awareness Month! The color pink will be all over the stores and football games to raise awareness, reminding us to take care of ourselves, do our monthly breast exams, and make sure that we are healthy and strong for our families. Please take a minute to read about this important cause and how you can help those affected by breast cancer.

Embracing diversity and culture is near and dear to Houston Moms, so we encourage you to be on the lookout for events that celebrate National Hispanic Awareness Month in our beautiful city. Art displays, festivals and chances to eat incredible Hispanic foods are all over Houston this month. Don’t miss out!

Check out all of these Houston happenings in October:
